Service Description
A focused 45-minute virtual psychiatric consultation for adults whose anxiety interferes with flying, business travel, vacations, sleep, or maintaining emotional stability away from home. We review your travel-related anxiety pattern, relevant psychiatric history, current medications, sleep disruption, triggers, and practical concerns around upcoming travel. The goal is an individualized, clinically appropriate plan for managing symptoms before and during travel—not a generic travel checklist. Medication recommendations are made only when clinically appropriate and within the scope of a psychiatric evaluation. 100% virtual by secure video appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows may also be subject to this fee. Exceptions may be made at the practice's discretion for emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.
