Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows

We value your time and reserve appointments exclusively for you. To maintain availability and fairness for all clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may result in a $150 fee, which will be paid to the card on file

  • No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) may also result in up to 20% of the scheduled service fee and could affect your ability to schedule future appointments.

We understand that emergencies happen. If an urgent or unavoidable situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a possible waiver or reschedule. Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in discharge from care.

Refund Policy
 

All payments for sessions, services, and wellness products are non-refundable, unless the provider is unable to deliver the agreed-upon product or virtual session due to an error or failure on our part.

Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, or dissatisfaction with services already rendered. If you believe there was a provider-related issue that prevented service delivery, please contact us directly to request a review.
