Virtuous Premiere Psychiatry is committed to providing the highest level of privacy, confidentiality, and discretion for all clients—especially those in high-profile, public, or sensitive positions. We comply fully with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and go above and beyond standard requirements to offer concierge-level confidentiality protections.

2. Confidentiality of Health Information

We maintain the confidentiality of all client records, including but not limited to:

  • Psychiatric evaluations and session notes

  • Diagnoses and treatment plans

  • Medication records

  • Communication between you and your provider (email, text, telehealth, etc.)

Your health information will never be shared with any individual, agency, or third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law (e.g., threats to self or others, mandated reporting of abuse, or court orders).

3. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for High-Profile Clients

For high-profile clients (including public figures, celebrities, executives, and individuals requiring elevated discretion), we offer a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

Under this agreement:

  • Virtuous Premiere Psychiatry and all its affiliates, contractors, and staff agree not to disclose your name, identity, or any personal or clinical information to any third party.

  • We will not confirm your status as a client or the nature of your services to anyone outside of your care team.

  • Any marketing, case discussions, or clinical collaborations will exclude identifying information unless explicitly approved in writing.

This NDA is valid indefinitely unless terminated in writing by the client or required by law.

4. Secure Communication & Telehealth

All virtual appointments and digital communication are conducted via HIPAA-compliant platforms to ensure privacy. In-person visits are held in private, soundproof spaces and may be scheduled outside of standard hours for added discretion upon request.

5. Client Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your medical records at any time

  • Request corrections to your records

  • Revoke consent to share information

  • Receive a copy of this policy and a signed NDA upon request

6. Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a privacy breach, we will notify you promptly and in full accordance with HIPAA regulations.
