Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows may also be subject to this fee. Exceptions may be made at the practice's discretion for emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.
