Service Description
A private, culturally responsive mental wellness experience created to give Black women dedicated space to prioritize themselves. This comprehensive check-up explores emotional well-being, stress, burnout, sleep, mood, life transitions, relationships, and the unique pressures that can impact mental wellness. Clients receive personalized insights and recommendations designed to support greater balance, clarity, resilience, and overall well-being. Culturally responsive consultation exploring stress, emotional health, sleep, relationships, identity, wellness, and sustainable self-care.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows may also be subject to this fee. Exceptions may be made at the practice's discretion for emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.
